About

Welcome to Rocket Girl Coaching

My name is Mary Doyle (she/her). I’m the owner and founder of Rocket Girl Coaching, a UK-based consultancy, and a proud wheelchair user. My life and work are dedicated to personal and organisational development in providing practical help to improve inclusion, accessibility and understanding in society. I do this through inclusion consultancy, disability equity training and coaching. I want people to rock their difference, whatever it looks like.

I’m a massive believer in humanity, curiosity, kindness and fun, a former GB wheelchair basketball player, and student pilot. I love all travel, fairness, geekery and I’m a lifelong learner. A proud working-class London Irish woman.

I’m Chair/Co-Chair and a member of access advisory groups in aviation, rail and public standards. My customers include Department for Transport DPTAC (Disabled Persons Transport Advisory Committee). Access Advisory Panel member for British Airways (Chair), Wilson James, London Luton Airport, East West Rail (Co-chair), British Standards Institute Committee CH/173/1 – Wheelchairs, Royal Air Force Museum London.
